About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.
Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, presentations, and corporate identity assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Digital Marketing Creatives
Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging promotional campaigns and marketing creatives.

Creative Content Development
Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create compelling visuals.
Develop innovative concepts and creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations,



and visual assets.

Collaboration & Execution
Coordinate with content writers, digital marketers, and developers.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
Robust knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in social media creative design.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to create print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Familiarity with Canva and Figma.
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies or advertising firms.
