We’re Hiring: Front Desk Reception Coordinator (Diagnostic Lab)

Location: Kharadi / Chandan Nagar, Pune

We are looking for a seasoned and patient-focused Front Desk Reception Coordinator to join our growing diagnostic lab team. If you have a strong background in healthcare front desk operations and enjoy working in a dynamic, patient-centric setting, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient queries efficiently
Manage patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with lab departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely report dispatch
Maintain records, documentation, and perform administrative tasks as per compliance standards
Support day-to-day front desk and lab operations as needed

What We’re Looking For




Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center front desk role
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken & written)
Solid interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a rapid-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency; experience with EMR systems is a plus
