In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
End to end project execution for small and mid-size projects.
Analyze customer input and understand requirements such as Design Specifications, Technical specifications, Application
Design and drafting of control panels including GA, power wiring, and I/O drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare Cabinet GA, system Architecture and I/O wiring drawings
SCADA design: Development and configuration of CIMPLICITY and Movicon SCADA for process and infrastructure projects
HMI configuration
PLC logic development
Write and modify PLC code using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram
Implementation of data logging, trending, and reporting using Proficy Historian
Developed VB and VBA scripts for customized reporting and data handling
Perform FAT with customers
Development of as-built documentation
Startup & Commissioning support

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Strong Knowledge of
PCL Programming (Ladder, FBD, SFC)
Control System Architecture
PLC/DCS Hardware Systems
Hands-on with SCADA/HMI configuration




Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
AutoCAD or equivalent engineering tools
Knowledge of project lifecycle (engineering FAT SAT commissioning)
Ability to recognize and respond to energetic demands
Ability to relate with different groups of people in various levels of organization
Pragmatic approach to work and work environment
Excellent written and verbal skill
Good hands-on MS Office knowledge specifically, Ms Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
Should be able to work in multi-cultural virtual environment
