Motivator & Mentor: Builds athletes' confidence, helps them overcome competitive pressure, and acts as a positive role model.
Safety Officer: Assesses an athlete's physical readiness, ensures protected playing conditions, and minimizes the risk of injury.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & Deliver Sessions: Create progressive training programs that develop both physical fitness (strength, agility) and technical skills.
Performance Analysis:



Review both individual and team performance during practices and competitions to provide constructive feedback.
Game Day Duties: Lead the team during matches, make strategic substitutions, and adapt tactics in real time.
Injury Management: Collaborate with sports medicine professionals to prevent injuries and guide athletes through rehabilitation and secure return-to-play protocols.
Team Administration: Handle logistics, manage equipment, and maintain accurate records of player progress and statistics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
