About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings (working drawings, GFCs, joinery details, etc.)
Handle complete project execution, including site coordination and supervision
Manage material selections, vendor coordination, and sample finalization
Create design presentations, concept boards, and mood boards
Develop 3D rough models for concept visualization
Lead and support the design development of projects
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design intent are maintained

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design:
Minimum 3 years of qualified experience:
Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
Good understanding of materials,



design standards, and construction practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strong sense of design, detailing, and aesthetics
