Responsibilities also include reviewing patient accounts, addressing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation for all financial transactions while adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounts receivable management, claim resolution, and insurance follow ups
Ability to analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, with expertise in denial management
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with insurance companies and clients
Detail oriented approach with solid data entry, record keeping, and compliance management skills
Experience in US healthcare billing and accounts receivable processes is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of relevant medical billing software and AR management tools
