We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Associate - US Accounting to support client engagements, manage core accounting functions, and ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables. The role involves hands-on execution, client interaction, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Pass month-end and year-end journal entries
Support financial review and management reporting
Handle payroll compliance (Forms 940/941) and assist in sales tax filings
Coordinate with clients for routine queries and ensure timely deliverables
Monitor workflow for assigned clients and maintain quality standards
Support onboarding of current clients and assist junior team members
Identify and escalate accounting issues and discrepancies
Participate in trainings and upskill on accounting tools

Qualifications
CA / Inter CA (Dropout) / CPA
