Manage student enquiries and provide accurate information about educational offerings.
Conduct follow-up calls and support admission conversion activities.
Maintain student records and update enquiry details in internal systems.
Assist students throughout the admission journey and documentation process.
Deliver presentations explaining program features and learning outcomes.
Build rapport with students and parents to improve enrolment success.
Coordinate with academic teams for admission processing and onboarding.
Participate in admission campaigns and counselling events.
Ensure a positive counselling experience and achieve assigned performance
