Job Description - HR Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and follow up on submitted profiles
Conduct initial HR discussions and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring coordination
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent databases
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Robust coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Basic knowledge of onboarding and joining formalities

Experience Required




2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Experience in handling multiple open positions simultaneously
Experience working with recruitment consultants and external vendors
Robust ability to manage timelines and follow-ups efficiently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
