Hiring: Interior Sales Closer (High Ticket | Katraj, Pune)

We’re not hiring a typical salesperson.

Dreamspace is a fast-growing interiors & construction company in Pune, currently handling multiple residential projects (2BHK / 3BHK).

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of closing high-value clients and directly drive revenue.

Role Overview:
Handle qualified leads (no cold calling grind)
Conduct client meetings & site visits
Close interior projects above ₹15L range
Maintain follow-ups and drive payment closures

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: 30k-50k/month
Incentives: 2%-5% based on revenue
Realistic Earnings: ₹60,000 to ₹1,00,000+/month for performers
