Job Overview

Woman’s Plaza is seeking a creative and trend-driven Content Creator who can visually and verbally communicate our brand story. This role focuses on producing engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, aligned with ethnic and contemporary fashion aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short promotional copy
Plan and execute content calendars with the marketing team
Cover in-store shoots, new arrivals, bridal collections, exhibitions, and events
Coordinate with models, photographers, and the design team for shoots
Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar
Stay updated with fashion trends, social media algorithms, and viral formats
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Assist with influencer collaborations and campaign content





Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive (fashion preferred)
Robust sense of aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling
Good command of Hindi and English (written and verbal)
Basic photography and videography knowledge
Proficiency in content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, trends, and engagement strategies
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
