About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution design on the Salesforce platform. The role requires solid architectural expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions across Sales, Service, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Own overall Salesforce technical architecture and solution design
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
Define data model, security architecture, and integration patterns
Lead design for Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configurations
Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and best practices
Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews
Support release planning, CI/CD strategy, and deployment governance
Collaborate with stakeholders,



product owners, and delivery teams

Required Skills:
8+ years of CRM implementation experience with strong Salesforce expertise
Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
Strong experience in system integrations and API-led architecture
Expertise in data modeling, security, and sharing rules
Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management
Ability to lead technical discussions and guide large teams

Good to Have
Experience in Financial Services / Lending domain
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines
Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
