Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
Robust understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Experience working with ATS and HRMS tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
