About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates.

Content Planning & Campaign Management
Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to create engaging content.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Create content briefs and campaign ideas for the creative team.

Paid Advertising
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI.




Generate leads through paid and organic social media strategies.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Build and engage online communities.
Monitor brand reputation and customer feedback.

Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, leads, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Use analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:
Robust experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Experience running Meta Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of content marketing and brand management.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
