Specific Knowledge & Skills
They should have thorough knowledge of the UPSC CSE. They should understand the depth of the syllabus.
Given at least two UPSC Mains/ one Interview.
Masters In Sociology Preferred

Identifying Trends and analyzing pattern of UPSC.
Identifying topics and Types of Questions.
Framing Questions meeting the standard and demand of the UPSC
Preparing Detailed Answers for those questions
Reviewing the answer:



Content enrichment, sticking to the structure, addressing the demand.
Proofreading: emphasizing the key terms, eradicating editing mistakes, grammar correction.
Finalizing the Paper: getting the paper in the print and online ready format

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification
They should have written at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains with Sociology as optional.
They should have appeared for at least one interview in UPSC CSE.

Preferred/Additional Qualification
Subject Experience of Sociology.

Relevant/Additional Experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, etc.
