Attend walk-in clients and handle inquiries related to flats and project details.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly to customers.
Conduct site visits and show sample flats to prospective buyers.
Build solid relationships with clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
Follow up regularly with potential customers to close sales.
When there are no client visits, actively visit local markets, nearby areas, and commercial hubs to identify and generate potential leads.
Distribute brochures and promote projects in the surrounding market.
Maintain proper client data and update daily reports to management.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
