Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, emergency, and other clinical services.
Monitor and implement hospital policies, protocols, and SOPs.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments for patient care.
Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation standards (NABH, etc.).
Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage duty rosters of RMOs/medical staff.
Monitor clinical performance indicators and prepare reports.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of medical staff.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
