Position: Junior Purchase Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, components, and consumables
Communicate with suppliers for quotations and price comparisons
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
Coordinate with stores and accounts department




Maintain proper documentation and inventory records

Eligibility:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Mechanical background preferred
Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, MS Excel and MS Office
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Robust organizational ability and attention to detail
2 to 3 years of experience in purchase or stores preferred
