Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions
Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
Performing administrative duties and risk management
Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained
Offer information to staff to assist patients in understanding how to properly take their prescribed medications
Work with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, sterile and customer-friendly setting.
Assist patients or family members in solving problems, such as identifying old medication or a particular doctor of a special ward or finding an over-the-counter solution to minor health issues.
