Responsibilities:
Pick goods from racks as per pick list
Recheck and send items for scanning
Pack materials as per standard to avoid damage
Coordinate with Warehouse/Dispatch team for any issues
Report product complaints within 24 hours
Maintain documents and follow SOP
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Basic Computer and warehouse knowledge preferred
Have basic English reading skills.
Should be willing to learn and improve further.
