Electrical maintenance:
Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom etc.
Support building renovation work with installation of recent wiring, lights, fans, TV etc. AC service experience is a plus
Plumbing maintenance:
Support maintenance/repair of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.
Support building renovation work with installation of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.
Additional responsibilities:
Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying
Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference
Work hours are 9AM to 8PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift - 6PM to 9AM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
