Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training or mentoring junior staff on Korean language matters (if needed).
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
Prior experience as a Korean Translator, Interpreter, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
