We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to support students in their academic journey. The role involves providing guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development, as well as addressing any personal or academic challenges students may face.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized academic counseling to students
Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about academic programs, admissions procedures, and upcoming events.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Interact with individuals offline, such as conducting face-to-face meetings, participating in events, and representing the institution at various forums.
Provide academic counselling to walk-in inquiries, prospective students, and visitors to the institution.




Be adaptable and versatile to perform various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
