A Sales Officer in a bank is responsible for promoting and selling financial products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Sales Strategy Development: Research market trends and customer psychology to devise effective strategies for promoting the bank’s products and services.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry specialists to expand the bank’s customer base.
Product Presentation: Present the bank’s offerings to potential customers, either in person or through digital platforms.
Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software,



providing regular updates to management on performance and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and present products.
Interpersonal Skills: Solid ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of banking products, services, and relevant regulations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to find creative solutions to customer issues and adapt to changing market conditions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
