Key Responsibilities
Examine and interpret blood, tissue, cytology, histopathology, and body fluid samples.
Validate and authorize laboratory reports with high diagnostic accuracy.
Ensure timely reporting while maintaining quality standards and TAT.
Supervise laboratory operations and ensure NABL/NABH compliance.
Collaborate with clinicians for clinical correlation and patient management.
Monitor quality control, audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Guide and train laboratory staff on best practices.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology:
Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
3+ years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital pathology department.
Skills
Expertise in Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology & Clinical Pathology
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of NABL/NABH standards
Leadership, communication, and attention to detail
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
