We are looking for a responsible and reliable person to help manage the daily operations of our retail store. The role includes coordinating with staff, assisting customers when required, monitoring different departments, and ensuring that store activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate store staff
Assist in handling customer queries and concerns
Monitor daily store operations across all departments
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Follow up on tasks and maintain discipline in the store
Support the owner in day-to-day business activities

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
Ability to manage people and solve day-to-day issues
Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
