What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our HR function. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on position where you’ll be at the centre of activity across the full employee lifecycle. Some of the duties are listed below.

You’ll:
Manage a wide range of HR administration, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
Be a first point of contact for colleague queries,



responding in a helpful and qualified way
Support recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes from start to finish
Maintain and update our HR system (SelectHR), with a strong focus on data accuracy
Deliver inductions for new starters and conduct follow‑up meetings to support their successful integration into the organisation
Provide monthly HR reports from SelectHR and other data sources
Assist the HR Advisers to carry out training on absence management, etc
Support work experience, summer placement and graduate recruitment programmes
Assist with Law Society processes
Maintain the HR sections on the intranet
Preparing monthly HR updates as required to internal committee
Preparing monthly HR Newsletter
Get involved in projects, including policy updates, process improvements and GDPR related work
Work alongside the Payroll Adviser and assisting in monthly payroll checks for audit purposes
