We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive eCommerce Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day order processing and fulfilment operations for our Bangalore region and pan‑India shipments.

The role involves checking orders, coordinating packing and shipping, tracking deliveries, and ensuring correct products are picked directly from vendors or inventory without damage or delay. You will work extensively with OMS tools, Shopify, Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, and other courier portals to ensure orders are shipped within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfilment
Process and manage daily orders received via Shopify and OMS tools
Coordinate order picking from vendors or warehouse based on order details
Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and condition before packing or dispatch
Supervise packing and labeling to prevent transit damage
Generate shipping labels and AWBs via Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, etc.

Shipping & Tracking
Arrange timely dispatches for orders
Track shipments and update order statuses regularly




Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delays, and escalations
Proactively resolve delivery issues, returns, RTOs, and damages

Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for direct‑to‑customer shipments:
Ensure vendors follow packing and dispatch SOPs
Maintain records of inward, outward, returns, and damaged inventory
Verify supplier bills and received items for accuracy

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records in company systems and Excel
Prepare daily and weekly reports on:
Order processing
Pending shipments
Returns and damages
Communicate operational updates over MS Teams and Outlook

General Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing/working area
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and SLAs
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
