Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and clients on visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on eligibility.
Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (universities, embassies, consultants).
Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and visa policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any stream; preference for Business / Management / HR).
Prior experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant is preferred.
Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
