Qualification: B.E. Civil
Desired Experience: 1-3years
Projects Worked on : Industrial / Commercial

Responsbilities:
Site administration and coordination between site staff, subcontractors, plants, and head office.
BOQ, Tenders, Costing & Pricing, Cost Control, Billing and Planning, Cost Optimization, Budget Forecasting, Cash Flows, Contract Management.
Making various budgets, estimates, and fund-flow for management
Making BOQ, specifications, and RFQ for inviting quotations from vendors.
Coordination between architects, RCC consultants, services, and other consultants.
MIS documentation, team building, cross-functional coordination, tracking, and drawings/plans.
Readiness to relocate at site location.
Find the solutions to the problems identified on site in line with customer requirements and budget.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
