Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers (minimum 70-100 calls per day).
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Support the team in achieving daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Robust verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence, patience, and ability to handle client queries.
Freshers preferred.
