2️ Conversion & Revenue Support
Convert walk-in and referred patients into surgical cases
Share package details and payment options
Coordinate with billing team for estimates
Achieve monthly surgery conversion targets

3️ Patient Coordination
Coordinate pre-operative investigations
Schedule surgery dates
Ensure completion of consent forms
Maintain smooth patient flow between departments

4️ Relationship Management
Build trust with patients and attendants




Handle patient queries and complaints politely
Ensure high patient satisfaction scores
Follow up with pending surgical patients

5️ Documentation & Reporting
Maintain counselling records in HIS/CRM
Track conversion data
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Maintain counselling register

6️ Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with:
Ophthalmologists
Optometrists
Front office
Billing team
OT team
Call Centre

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
