Morning : 08 am to 12 pm
Evening : 04 pm to 08 pm.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Ensure to follow the service script provided by the company for uniformity.
Maintain positive customer relations.
Maintain records of the conversations with the patients and analyze the data.

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
