Key Responsibilities
Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate learning experiences.
Plan and implement engaging classroom activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
Manage classroom behavior with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement.
Maintain a protected, healthy, and inclusive environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, achievements, and developmental needs.
Observe and assess children's learning and development.
Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and qualified training programs.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with young children with care, confidence, patience, and professionalism.
Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
