Install, inspect, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and moving walkways.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and perform corrective actions.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Test and adjust safety control systems, including brakes, motors, switches, and emergency systems.
Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Communicate effectively with clients, building managers, and internal teams.
Order and replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Assist in modernization and upgrade projects for existing elevator systems.
