Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls and guide them for registration on the portal
Assist customers step-by-step in completing the registration process
Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and lead generation
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while interacting with customers
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful registrations/sales
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams if required

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
Ability to handle both support and sales roles
Confident in calling and interacting with customers
Freshers can also apply

Working Hours:10 AM - 6 PM
