About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed according to design.
Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with the interior design and execution teams for seamless project delivery.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury projects.
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit (preferred)
Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray




Adobe Photoshop
MS Office
Valuable understanding of construction methods and materials.
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in luxury residential and high-end commercial projects.
Knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
Solid design aesthetics and attention to detail.
Team management experience is an advantage.
