Handling Trademark Enforcement Proceedings inside and outside of India
Attending Trademark Hearings
Filing Copyright Applications
Drafting responses to Objections raised by Trademark Registry and Copyright Office
Correspondence with Potential Clients or leads in India and Overseas
Coordinating with Overseas Associates
Setting up processes and procedures and attending Conferences in India and Overseas




Managing domain name dispute and associated arbitrations
Custom Recordal of Trademarks inside and outside of India
Filing Applications for Registration of Well Known Trademarks in India

Requirements:
Experience

A relevant Experience means Experience gained while working in a Law Firm or as a In-House Trademark Counsel.
Experience gained while Teaching in a Academic Institution will not be counted for the purpose of this position.

Qualification

An LL.M degree with specialization in IPR will have additional advantage during the selection process.
