Proposal & Tender Support
Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
Collect and organize required documents for tender submissions.
Coordinate with technical teams to obtain inputs for proposals.
Maintain a repository of standard proposal documents and credentials.





Client Relationship Management
Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary information on services.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
Record client interactions and update CRM systems.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.

Digital Marketing
Assist in managing the organization's website and social media platforms.
Create and schedule marketing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
