Position Summary: You will be responsible to manage various processes like revenue booking process for direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. You will ensure the smooth and effective transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving billed and unbilled revenue reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage & enhance Revenue Booking, validate Renewal entries and perform checks on weekly basis
Perform regular audits - Brokerage amounts, resolving discrepancies, establish explicit guidance for pendency clearance, always ensure compliance per IRDAI standards
Create, verify, and issue RBS, coordinate with Brokers & RMs for timely payments, and maintain organized pendency records
Suggest and implement improvements to revenue booking processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
Assist in preparing renewal reports, analyze zero brokerages, and support audits with necessary documentation
