Job Opening - Store HR Executive

We are hiring for the position of Store HR Executive.

Location: Rahul Raj, Parla Point, City Light, Lalgate
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Salary 11000 to 19000

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for store staff
Conduct employee onboarding & joining formalities
Manage training & development activities
Coordinate daily store HR operations and staff management
Maintain employee attendance and HR records
Handle employee engagement activities
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture
Support performance management and discipline processes

Requirements:
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Experience in retail HR preferred
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
Ability to manage manpower and store operations effectively

Salary: As per interview & experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
