Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Documentation
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining basic commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and standard templates
Support the execution of contracts, including coordination for signing, stamping, and record management
Track contract validity, renewals, and amendments
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Assist in understanding and implementing basic RBI compliance requirements applicable to fintech / NBFC-linked operations
Support preparation and maintenance of compliance checklists, registers, and internal trackers
Assist in responding to routine legal and compliance queries from internal teams
Litigation & Court Filings
Coordinate with external advocates for filings, case status updates, and document sharing
