The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing overdue loan accounts, ensuring timely recoveries, and maintaining robust customer communication while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Contact customers via calls, messages, and other channels to follow up on overdue payments.
Ensure timely collection of EMI payments from delinquent customers.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
