Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee all responsibilities of the Front Desk cum Sales Executive.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Track pending renewals for the studio.
Monitor client retention and reduce drop-offs.
Ensure follow-ups are taken on all inquiries and trial sessions.
Ensure CRM software and all required sheets are properly updated.
Handle client and staff conflict resolution in a qualified and timely manner.
Ensure daily reporting is submitted to the Operations Head.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards of the team.

Timings : Either 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
