Role & responsibilities
Administer and manage Revit project settings, models, templates, families, worksets and standards.
Manage and coordinate IFC model exchange between multiple consultants and software platforms.
Establish and maintain BIM/Revit standards, naming conventions, model structures and project protocols.
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models including Architectural, Structural, MEP, Electrical, HVAC and Data Center systems.
Perform model federation, model health checks, clash/coordination reviews and issue tracking.
Review models for geometry, data quality, naming conventions, coordinates, levels, grids and model integrity.
Manage Revit links, shared coordinates, worksharing and central models.
Support consultants in exporting/importing and validating IFC models.
Identify and resolve RevitIFC interoperability issues.
Maintain BIM documentation, model registers, revision history and coordination records.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards.
Support digital delivery and handover requirements, including model/data validation.
Ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with project timelines and quality requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination.
Valuable understanding of IFC and BIM interoperability.
Experience with Revit models, linked models, worksets and shared coordinates.
Knowledge of model federation, clash detection and BIM QA/QC.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in Data Centers / Mission Critical / Industrial projects.
Knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, BIMcollab or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP/engineering consultants.
Relevant BIM/Revit certification.
