Key Responsibilities
Interact directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct software presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
Understand business processes related to accounting, banking, finance, and e-commerce domains.
Analyze client requirements and convert them into functional specifications and user stories.
Act as the primary coordinator between clients, stakeholders, and software development teams.
Explain business logic, workflows, and functional requirements to developers and ensure accurate implementation.
Clarify requirements, answer developer queries, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
Review developed features and validate them against business requirements before client delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist clients during implementation and deployment.




Identify process improvements and recommend software solutions that align with business objectives.
Track project progress and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in client-facing software consulting or business analysis roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to conduct software demos and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Valuable understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, banking operations, or e-commerce workflows.
Ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Experience coordinating between business users and development teams.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
