Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
Create a stimulating learning workplace that encourages active participation and fosters intellectual curiosity.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning and comprehension.
Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, colleagues, and school administration.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that promote cross-curricular learning.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and integrate cutting-edge approaches into classroom instruction.

Qualifications:
Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.




Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.

Salary Range: INR 10,000 - INR 30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
