Position Details:
Designation: Sales Manager/ Sales Officer/ Sales Executive - Home Loans Department: Sales / Acquisition Reports To: CEO/ Head of Retail

Type: Full time, Field Sales

Responsibilities:
Source current customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing)
EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.
Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.




Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

---Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: 5 -10 years in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking).

Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of home loan products and processes.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
