Coordinate with creative teams for timely execution of campaigns and launches.

Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social platforms.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, aesthetics, messaging, and storytelling.
Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and organic growth.
Handle social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.

Organic Growth & Community Building
Drive organic follower growth through authentic engagement strategies, collaborations,



and content optimization.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
Execute organic campaigns, contests, giveaways, and storytelling initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
Monitor audience sentiment and actively engage with the online community.

Content Writing & Copy Crafting
Write compelling, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for captions, reels, campaigns, social ads, and promotional content.
Adapt tone and communication style according to campaign objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media communication with seasonal campaigns and promotions.
