Responsibilities:
Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
Formulate design that is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
Well-versed in designing corporate & residential layouts.
Preparing BOQ.
Site Visits.
Site measurements.
Ensure quality of design Timeline management.
Draft Layouts.
Extreme attention to detail.
Should possess positive communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:
2 - 3+ year's qualified experience on Residential / Commercial interiors.
Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design.
Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills.




Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials.
Understanding of technical drawings.
Drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad.
Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel.
Must have site experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
